• Any data uploaded to the CloudStore is visible to our service engineers unless encrypted.


• Any use of the CloudStore that is illegal or deemed in any way innapropriate by Enjine.io could be removed without warning, and may result in your account being suspended or removed entirely.


• Any attempt to circumvent the limits of your user account, ie. file size limits and access rate, or attempts to access data of other users without expressed permision may result in your account being suspended or removed entirely.

By accessing these services, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. Enjine.io has the right to terminate your account without notice at any time, if any representation or warranty specified hereinafter is untrue in any respect.

5. Data Storage

Enjine.io reserves the irrevocable right to store any file uploaded willingly to Site by the User. The User must ensure that they have the necessary rights to any files they upload to Site. Enjine.io store these files in order to identify a User's illegal or dishonest behaviour in accordance to these terms and any additional license that may apply to the aforementioned files. Enjine.io will act in accordance to the Site's privacy policy and the European General Data Protection Regulation.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Enjine.io, its members or its employees be liable for any damages or lost profits or for any special, indirect, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Services or these Terms, however caused, including negligence..

General

If you want to use Enjine.io, you must read and agree on all of the below. It's important, so read all of it!

For Enjine.io to function right now, we do have to (unfortunately) collect some data.

Data we collect and store:

• Email (used on this site to identify you for internal functions)
• Password (used on this site to login, hashed)
• The IP(s) you were using when logging in (used to secure our service against attacks and verifying your sessions when logged in)
• Your User Agents you were using when logging in (used to secure our service against attacks and verifying your sessions when logged in)
• The files you upload (also deleted files for up to 30 days)

Data Retention

Weekly backups of the database and files are taken, these backups are retained for 3 months before they "rotate out" and are disposed of. Any accounts or files deleted will remain in the backups until the files expire after 3 months.

IP Addresses are retained indefinitely to allow us to identify abusive users and implement IP bans for said users.

Data Privacy

The limited personal information we store will never be shared with any third party (exept law enforcement organisations upon request), and any processing of your personal information is handled internally with no dependencies on third parties.
